Can you fly near an airport?
Often yes, with an FAA authorization we file for you, so allow an extra day. Some sites can't be flown at all, and we tell you at quote time.
How soon can you shoot?
Next day is usually possible in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Elsewhere expect two to four days.
Who owns the images?
On approval you get a full commercial license: marketing, listings, reports, social, print. We show work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
What if I don't like the photos?
Ask for changes within your 48-hour window and billing pauses. Two revision rounds are included, and a brief we got wrong costs you nothing.
Do you do interiors?
Not as a standard service, since our pilots are aerial specialists. Ask in your note and we'll tell you either way.
Can I ask for a specific pilot?
For repeat work on the same site, yes. Availability decides, so we won't hold your job waiting for one person.
